2) EDI strategy & leadership alignment

4) Measure, monitor, and repeat

What gets measured gets managed and change will take time. We can help set you up for success to measure and monitor equity, diversity, and inclusion advancement in your organization. As we are trying to measure change in a complex and every change social setting, we need to use both qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the changes. Prairie Catalyst can support your organization with this mixed-methods data collection and analysis. To effectively measure EDI advancement, we will also need to repeat EDI baseline assessments and re-evaluate engagements with leaders and the greater organization on an ongoing basis.
