Our Founder
Dr. Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley is a professional engineer with experience in higher education, EDI research, mining, and farming. She has a B. Sc. with distinction in Mechanical Engineering (2005), M. Sc. (2019), and a Ph.D. (2024) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Jocelyn grew up on the family farm near Hazlet, SK. As a fourth-generation farmer, she understands the value of hard work, community, and collaboration needed to sustain a business. Jocelyn has worked in British Columbia and Saskatchewan as a professional engineer in support of the mining industry. Jocelyn also has experience teaching, coordinating, and with research in higher education and volunteering in the not-for-profit sector. Her multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach will support you to inspire and lead change within your organization.
